That's downright disgusting. It looks like that simple cut towards the beginning turned into a serious problem due to filthy living conditions and neglect. I guess we can pull innocents out of society, throw them in a filthy cell and abuse them. I guess that's just how the world turns. rv! thanks for enlightening us on this one but it turned my stomach. Poor little guy!!!
