up date
conditioning is going pretty good, i will start some drag weight tomorrow. i am having trouble tucking up his stomach. everything else is getting noticably toned, except his stomach.

Road work with the weights should help him tuck-up. Springpole work too.

That is great to hear Wayne, I hope you post some pictures of Rico. He was looking good in the last pictures I bet he looking great now.

yeah he kind of dose, i am having a small problem with the drag weight, the harness i orderd... my dogs back legs hit the spreader bar, i dont think im that much of a retard that i put it on wrong even though this is the first time ive ever used it. ohh and that he is huge, and its 96 degrees outside right now (dont want him over heating)
