Thanks for the advice guys I do walk her at least a mile every day and she gets at least 30 minutes a day of me playing tugawar with her give up before her normally. The 5 miles was an estimate but we where out around 5 hours during that time we stopped at a few friends houses she had water and some food (leave a few sample bags of orijen at my mates houses for when we go round) only nice slow walking when she wasnt pulling she never lagged behind she had a bit of time off the lead. She does pull quite a bit on the lead so when she stops pulling I take that as a sign shes getting tired. She is a very active pup I just dont want to over do it today has been the usual walk of about 30 minutes on the lead 15 minutes off the lead and there was no sign of fatigue.
Forgot to mention I have read quite a bit on here and at 9 months I will let her try the spring pole at a low height and I dont plan on any serious type of conditioning until at least 18 months. Until then it is strictly playing with me and playing fetch and hand walking.
As for the marrow bones I let her have a rawhide bone when I first got her then read all the horror stories took it off her and replaced it with a kong toy. I will at some point give her some kind of bones but not until I have done some more research into the correct ones. Besides she doesnt know what shes missing and all good things come to those that wait
