so my roommate put the dog on the mill without putting his harness on him and tuck takes a face plant and jumps off, now he will go on it but not run and just walks backward to get off, any ideas on how to get him back into running on it
just try re-introducing it to him like it brand new...just put the harness on and slowly get him used to just being on it again...don't force him or expect him to run on it>>>pooor Tuck Im sorry
that sucks... It is frustrating when dogs regress because of an accident. Like Sydney said it's best to take it slow. Why did he put Tuck on the mill without the safety restraints?
he put him on without the restraint because he is not always the smartest kid, i asked why would he not just hook him up in the harness hanging from the mill and he said it looked confusing and he did not realize it would be a problem. idiot if i did not know him since we were 5 i would not live with him again

Lol I've had roomates like that. Not the brightest color in the crayola pack eh? Well, i guess live and learn! Tuck will learn that the mill is ok again... hopefully the roomate learns how to hook him up before he puts him on it again!
