I wanted to do dock jumping with Chalice but I had a hard time finding a dock that we could use. Most are set-up for boats and in city parks up here too many people around. We found one that belongs to the Band my sister works for and they said we could use it and then it started getting cold up here. So next year I'm ready. I can't wait with the way Chalice loves to swim and jump I'm sure that she will excell at this and yes there are competitions up here they some in Duluth and down in the cities so I'm sure they must have some in your area too.

Wow, that looks like a lot of fun. Pits are perfect for that type of thing, with the intensity they get with their toys, they would do just about anything to get to them!

Once dock diving comes to Oklahoma, I'll be all about it. Loki loves water retrieving, and I'm sure it wouldn't take much to get the pups to love it, too. Training is an issue; I have access to water, its the dock itself that's a problem.

Yepp that is the same trouble I'm having. There are only a few docks that we could use but one is over 45miles one way away from me with gas prices that one is out of the question. The dock on the lake closest to me is set up in heavy weeds we are going to try it today. My dog club is ptting on a Pet-Expo this weekend and we are having Northstar Dock Dogs there. I get to try Chalice for 5$ I hope she does well.

I keep thinking maybe someday we'll get a pool, and I'll have the husband build a dock for practicing.
