Ear Cropping Gone Wrong

I need some MAJOR advice about a new pup that I got from my girls brother. The puppy is what im guessing to be a blue pit. He claims the dog is full blooded with papers back at home but im not sure. Im waiting on the papers to know for sure. Anyways, the dog had an at home "hack" job done. Her ears dont look cut right to me & they are hard at the ends.. im not sure what they are supposed to look like. Im worried that they are going to look crazy or get infected or something. Im not sure what exactly to do about it. If there is some sort of cream I should put on them? or something of that nature.

Also this dog ran underneath of a dirt bike while at her brothers house and apparently got pretty scrapped up. She is healing now however has a few patches of fur missing & some bumps on her back. I got an ointment for scraps but im not sure if there is much else I can do.
She has worms as well. We havent taken her to the vet yet since we are moving in a week but we got some over the counter worm killer at walmart and are hoping that will help. Any advice would be greatly appriciated.

I would take her into the vet , what does moving have to do with taking an hour out of your day to go to the vet? if the job on the ears was a home job it is at a high risk for infection. I would get to the vet and see what they say , if it is not healed I would get her on antibiotics to help fight any infection that could happen. If there is alot of scar tissue or just a bad crop they may be able to redo it but will have to be short, atleast if short they can be even with a clean straight cut. Id rather short and nice vs longer and hacked up. What exactly did you get from walmart for worms and what are the dosages you are using?

like angelbaby said, infection should be your first concern. take the pup to the vet. make sure there are no internal injuries. ruptures. tears. etc. the vet will give you antibiotics if the butcher didn't keep the ears clean.
once the pup is all healed up you can address the hair loss and scar tissue with some nustock. but not until the pup is cleared of all other issues.

Since the puppy has (admittedly) been run over by a dirt bike AND had her ears cut off, a vet visit is definitely in order. Good thing she is with you and not your girls brother anymore. I hope you put him straight when you talk to him. Hacking off dogs ears at home is NOT COOL.
