yeah I know, these are all over the place. I have a friend working closely with the DA who is prosecuting this case. he is confident with enough noise he could get this moved to superior court where the sentence will be more serious and said anything is worth a shot.

We respectfully request Judge Jennings continue this case to trial. John Dugan of Gloucester, MA committed an egregious act of animal cruelty on 12/4/12, when he admitted to gutting and disemboweling his pit bull Xena in an attempt to remove packets of his heroin she had swallowed. He then disposed of her body behind a building and put her entrails in a bag in a dumpster. Mr. Dugan's attorney has motioned to dismiss the charges and Judge Jennings will rule on defense motion on 1/18/13. In signing this petition we also implore him to impart the maximum penalty of 5 years incarceration as defined by MA law if Mr. Dugan is found guilty upon trial.
