Are you questioning the blue color in general?

Yea ill take some better ones when she calms down. She does have points but yes it's the blue I'm questioning. I seen a pic of her when she was younger and she looked blueish but now she doesn't. I'm not familiar with the tri colors at all though.

I was thinking that same thing angel. I've seen some blues that look strange in certain light because of those undertones. It's almost like a brown/fawn color in odd lighting. The guy down the street has one like that. His cheeks and ears look like this weird tan/brown color till you get up close then you can see how blue the dog actually is.

Is there such a thing as a Sable Tri?! lol. But seriously I see both. The black overlay on her tail and over her body looks Sable, but she obviously has Chest, eye and Cheek points.

Lol my thoughts exactly!! I have a mix male that is blue and he has brown undercoat but he's obviously blue. She doesn't appear blue from any angle.

A lot of people and backyard breeders will try to pass this color off as tri. Tri needs to have the rottie markings with white. Your pup is smut/white. Or sable/white ( as I know a lot of folks call this sable as well)
She is pretty! I have always loved smutt/ sable dogs!
Here is a good link to check out! Tri vs. Sable/Smut

Question about registration
I forgot to tell what I found out. I called and spoke with UKC and there is an affidavit I can fill out and send in so the papers can come directly back to me in my name. The only problem is only the lady signed the back her husband didnt and they checked the box that says both registrants must sign off. Ugh!

That dog is not sable. It does not have a black mask..... Go with sable and white. Honestly, you could put purple on the papers and it wouldn't matter.

Unless both people sign that form you won't get your papers or they will delay like a MF.

Yea I don't know what to do about it. I would have to drive 2 hours to get he guy to sign it for me. The breeder that filled out the papers but blue tri on them so that's what we're stuck with.
