Depends on how much you know as to whether or not you find these documentaries well programmed or not to the facts.
Videos that were made in the years and include the men of the years prior to 76' have some of the best information out there (such as the "Golden Years" Documentary), however still lop sided by media and still not detailed for obvious reasons. Fabricated to meet agenda no matter how its done, pro or con, whomever the video is geared towards is the agenda it is bias to.
Modern videos you will have to look overseas if you want more in point truths, not talking about matching videos but where matching is still legal some of the videos out there are far more neutral in representation that otherwise wouldn't be approved in places where it is.
