Pup wont eat

Please help me out. My pup will not eat. He had a few bad teeth and they were pulled by the vet. Since then we have been offering hard food as well as giving him soft food. Well he refuses to eat either. I plan on calling the vet tomorrow to ask what to do. Any suggestions from you would be much appreciated.

I did try the chicken and the rice. At first it was come or go. But now he woofs that down. He has started eating it and I am glad that he is getting the food in him that he needs.

His gums may of been still be sensitive or he doesn't like the food you are offering, It's a lot of trial and error. My boy mutinied food for a week until I changed the combination now we are both happy. He loves fish and sweet potato.

I would have never thought to give sweet potatoes to him. I have some and will be making them for him soon. He is eating better now but still not like he used to.

I also give my boy whole pumpkins (not pie pumpkins). I just wash them off and roll them in the yard. He loves them. He will roll it around and play with it like a ball for awhile then eat it (seeds and all). They also help with upset tummies and loose stools. It is his special treat during the fall season.

Whole pumpkins is an interesting idea. I only thought that it was canned pumpkin they talked about.
And I am glad that he is doing much better as well
