Exactly! I on the other hand rarely like a cropped pup and think they look more regal with ears since the head doesn't stand out as much. Totally personal preference! As long as you get it done by a licensed vet more power to ya I say! As to if it causes pain after, of course your removing skin and there could be stitches involved. (Not with a laser crop I think) but there are pain management and as long as the pup is young, younger the better. Supposed to be less pain because the cartilage gets stronger as the pups grow. But they are also too young to remember. HOW people know think I have no clue since dogs can't talk

whatever you decide don't want too long and don't let someone else's opinion bother you too much. YOUR the one feeding your dog. It's a lifetime commitment and don't have regrets!
