My bully Jaxx
So my friends dog had a one night stand apparently. She is 100% American Bulldog with papers. He caught her nuzzling up with what he said was an AmStaff. I have not seen the sire yet, so I have no idea. I'm not new to large dogs, I grew up with several Rotties. However, I can say Jaxx is a breed of his own. I've been reading up about this breed. Trying to educate myself as much as possible. I know he isnt a 'show' dog obviously. But he's still a handsome, good lookin pup to me, and also my best friend. He just turned 1 on the 26th of Nov (also my b-day so its pretty awesome) He stands 22" at the withers and weighs in at 69lbs as of 2 days prior to this post. Glad to be part of the forum and looking to learn from all of you.
Sorry for the cell pics. I need to find my camera.

That is cool that you share the same birthday. Happy belated to you both. It is wonderful that you have him as a best friend. He is a handsome boy.

Thank you. From both of us! He truly is my best friend. We both love the outdoors, running, and riding in the jeep with the top down.

Yea and the worst part is, I think he's still too young to know just how strong he really is. He's a big ball of clumsy muscle. But I still love him.

I know what you meant. Thats why in my original post I said I understand he isnt for show. I know hes a mutt. But hes one of the coolest mutts i know. I'll be honest, I'm kinda jealous of yours. I always said if i got any kind of bully, I wanted him blue. But Jaxx and I clicked instantly. I'll try to dig up some pics of him in the Jeep. Only got street pics. I cant take pics of him on the trails. Too much goin on.

Cool. Will add my Jeep to the thread. I'm a military child. Born in Italy, then moved to TN a few years later. Spent 13 years in Virginia Beach. Then back to TN when my father retired. Joined the Army, now currently residing at Ft Hood, TX. In Jan, I will be moving back to the TN/KY area to Ft Campbell.

Added a few pics. As far as trails, there are a few different ORV parks near me. Mostly dry trails/rock crawling. It'll be a whole new ball game at Campbell though. Land Between the Lakes is mostly damp trails.
