Hello everyone,
My name is K and my newest dog is George Jefferson. I had just met a dog named Ella Ftizgerald and was still liking the idea of naming them after a person when the decision to keep him was made. My friend said , "what about George like George Washington," to which I replied "or George Jefferson." We all laughed and admitted he was moving on up and actually moving to the east side so the name stuck. His previous owners did
NOTHING to train him. The first day he was jumping up on me trying to knock me over, dragging me behind him during walks and wouldn't come to his name (which made it easier to rename him). We haven't the slightest clue how old he is or what he's mixed with but I love him all the same. I've always loved the breed and never had a chance to have one. I've always wanted a red rednose and he just fell into our lap. I don't know what color he is. He's not brown but he's not red red, all I know is that I think he's gorgeous. I'm not getting all the help that I thought I would be getting from my roommates on training him and we have have some big issues to overcome, but he's a good boy inside and just needs help bringing that out.
So without further delay, I would like to introduce you to George.
