I first of all want to apologize for any rambling I may do in this thread! My dad surprised me about a week ago with an absolutely adorable pitbull puppy. Eight weeks old and just a perfect angel!...(when she's asleep!

) I, however, have no experience in raising a pit baby. I grew up with rottweilers...best dogs ever, but very difficult and hardheaded. I had a 2lb chihuahua that completely held my heart in his tiny paws, but he had a slew of health problems that made life difficult for him and finally took him from me a few months back. My dad said I needed a new furbaby to help my heart heal and that's how I ended up with this baby. I was reluctant at first, but I can tell ya it took her about 10 mins and I was completely and totally in love. I want to be the best pit mommy possible and any and all positive advice is welcome and needed! I would assume that the training and such would not be much, if at all, different than it is with rotties???? The baby's name is Guinevere, Princess Guinny to those of us who deal with her princess 'tude! lol I look forward to getting feedback!
