Won't pee outside

I have a 15 week girl and she goes to the bathroom in the house she refuses to do it outside unless she can't hold or if it's too cold. I catch her doing it , discipline her take her outside and she stops. She won't go anymore and wait m out t o g o back inside where she will immediately relieve herself as soon as we get inside. What do I do?

Won't pee outside

From me reading up on this problem before best advise i found was bring them out after a while of watching them if they dont then bring them in an put in kennel. Then after about 15-20 mins bring out again. Hope this helps

You need to be taking her out every 15-20 mins, do you have a secure yard? if so leave her outside to do her business at first. The longer they are outside the easier it is to potty train them. First thing in the morning take her outside and wait for her to pee. once she pees praise her. I tell my puppies to go potty when I take them out so they learn to go. They cannot come in until they go outside.

Thanks for all the advice. I don't currently have a yard so I have to put her on a leash to go. Which I am glad to report that she is recognizing when I say let's go out side. And she is getting better about number 1-ing and #2-ing outside. But middle of night/early morning she's still sneaking off bed to find somewhere and then I find out by the smell.

Lol she should sleep in a crate then. Crate training should be your priority.....Pissing in the house is a total no no and should be nipped in the bud. Chronic pissers don't get free roam, they should earn it
