lol, now the food won't build the muscle by itself, you need to put in work with the dog as well. All Akasha's muscles are from a Spring Pole and fetch. Spring poles are super easy, just attach a toy to a springy tree branch with a rope and sit back and supervise. While they are still a puppy you should not allow their feet to leave the ground, so keep it low enough for them to still tug on it. and as they get older you can allow their front 2 to be off the ground, but I wouldn't suggest all 4 off until at least a year, some people suggest longer. But just remember to make them stop when they get carried away.

I just started researching the spring pole lol.... What age is recommended to start playing with them on spring pole?

I think as soon as they've had all their puppy shots is a good age to start. Just keep it real low and light tugging since they still have their baby teeth.
