Male almost attacked best friend
My friend was petting him and he was fine then all of a sudden he jumped up started barking and growling at her and flew off the bed at her. I'm afraid he's going to bite someone. Idk wut his problem is and idk how to fix it

Has he done this before? was your friend doing anything other then petting him? was she acting nervous at all or staring him down in the eyes or anything you can think of that may have helped provoke this? Not saying anything in particular will make this behaviour ok , just trying to get a better picture of everything that happened.
I would first start off with a vet visit, get a physical done on him and see if any medical reasoning for this. Was she petting him somewhere that maybe hurts? Next if that is all clear is to look into temperment testing { make sure it is with a trainer who is EXPERIENCED with this breed } see what they say and maybe working with a trainer for a bit can help.
If you need help finding someone to temperment test or a trainer in your area, post your city up and someone here may be able to help refer you to someone.

She was just petting his head and taking pics, no there was no flash so that wouldn't have made him flip. He's growled but backed away from ppl but never has jumped at someone. I live in Missouri in the Jefferson county area ig near St. Louis but I can't afford a trainer right now as me and my hubby r still out of jobs and my female needs major vet care for her rash... Idk wut to do. I love my babies

This was the male you were thinking of getting rid of before right? If you are still thinking of that I would seriously not rehome him until you know what is causing this or if he is even stable. If you are still wanting to rehome him would us helping you find a trainer who would maybe take him in themselves and work through it be an option or are you wanting to keep him now?
Just trying to figure where you are with him right now, I thought I had read you were wanting to sell or rehome him??

honestly this is not something you can just handle on your own with the experience you have. I would look into temperment testing to start. Can you afford to get a check up at the vet?? I would contact your local shelter and see if they have someone they use for temperment testing and see what they can help you out with. Might be manageable to get those 2 things done atleast and then work on training techniques later. Or maybe someone on here has someone who can help you out at a reasonable price.

I could when I get paid for cleaning appartments but I was gunna use it to take my female to the vet, she's got a bad rash. Which should I do first? Are these testers at any shelter? How much does it usually cost

I found the lady who worked at a local shelter around me, started a conversation with her and she tested my boy on her lunch hour. She said the shelter normally charges $40 to evaluate the dog, its about an hour and the owner is not always present.

What more do you have to see to tell he's a man aggressive dog.

This one thing does not mean he is HA, there could be underlying issues , pain , something going on internally to be making him lash out. this is 1 time so far . There are things you need to rule out to label a dog as HA as we have all advised her to look into.
