Raw diet questions

Hello fellow pitbull lovers. I have 2 APBT and I'm very interested in going the raw diet route. my best friend is a hunter and i know many butchers. so here are my questions

1) what are the best meats to feed or a variety good. Are chicken livers hearts and knocks ok to give.
2) how much should I feed them for their meal.
3) what kind of veggies should i avoid or am I in the clear.
4) if I want to continue feeding taste of the wild can I still give raw bones and meat as snacks

Thanks for reading and any help is great
Here are updated pics of my babies.

here is Prey Model: How to Get Started | Prey Model Raw
here is BARF: Dr. Billinghurst's BARF Diet – Pet Nutrition Products, Biologically Appropriate Raw Food for Dogs & Cats

compares the two: Why Prey-Model and Not BARF?

here is a sub forum once you read through the links ans see which way you want to go:

as far as kibbles and raw, some do it, but all I have read says not to mix the two long term since they digest differently and their bodies cant adjust that quick if its a daily change. BUT like I said some people say their pups are fine eating both regularly.
