FULL PM BOX
Is there a simpler way to delete messages in mass quantities instead of one by one? Not that I want to really but my box is almost full?
Thank you staff members!

Where it says folder controls click on "go to" inbox and the check boxes will come up. You can select all and delete.

You can also do it for you sent box as well because anything you send goes in the sent folder which also takes up mailbox space so you would follow the same steps except you would click down on the drop box and select ( sent Items) and then go and then select empty folder and then confirm. That way you can free up even more space.
