Jones doesn't like his food

Hi all

I have read a number of threads on here about fussy dogs, and waiting out their fussiness, and them eating eventually. But I am curious... Jones genuinely does not like his food. He will eat it because he is hungry, but he is not enjoying it. When I first got him he was on Hills, but I was not happy with his coat with him eating Hills. He was very flaky (like dandruff), and would scratch non-stop. I then tried Royal Canin (on recommendation from my vet), but nothing changed. I have used flea stuff and he doesn't have fleas. I put him onto Eukanuba after reading great reviews on their website. His coat is looking better... He is still scratching a litte, but not looking drandruffy, The problem is he is reluctant to eat the kibble. I don't want to have have to add stuff to his food to get him to eat.

I live on my parents property, and my dad feeds his Rotti a locally produced food that is low in grains and stuff, but they do not make a puppy food (Or rather I haven't been able to find their puppy food range). Jones will happy nosh my dad's dogs food.

Unfortunately in S.Africa unless I order things like Blue Buffalo or Arcana or Taste of The Wild, online, it is not avaiable here. I am not keen to have to order food online because shipping is calculated per Kg/Lb... Does anyone have any ideas about international foods that are good for a skin sensitive pup?

PS... Jones turns his nose up to peanut butter. I have NEVER met a dog who doesn't like peanut butter.
