Old days conditioning

I have written an article now about 5 times on conditioning and haven't been able to get any posted, this is another attempt and I'm getting faster and less in depth ea. time, so bear with me, I'm going to write this in sections because when I don't write too much I seem to be able to post. Anyway, before giving a seemingly easy routine to follow let me say that anyone who thinks that they can take a written "keep" and simply follow it and have a top notch conditioned magical dog has got another think coming. Maurice Carver sent me his secret "keep" decades ago and I didn'y do too much damage with it! Pause, more coming on the next comment if this takes.

Good! now to continue on my article on conditioning. First start with a healthy dog, ensure this by taking it to a vet. having it checked and get some vitamins, I used b12, but don't over use or over think the vitamin bit! If you have a healthy active dog within a few pounds of weight you can began your keep. If not you will need about 4 wks. of a pre-keep to bring the dog to average fitness and close to weight so that it can perform well. It's later than I thought so I must go with the wife to a Christmas party, but I shall return this evening. But, to start you will see that my keep coordinates the exercise program with the feed program to give maximum performance at peak time!

What I do when I am writing a lost post, is I write it all and then before you click "post or reply" copy the whole post. That way if it doesn't work, all you have to do is paste what you copied and then it should work!
