so i have been thinking since i read the conditoning thread by koonce about how much is too much.... and iw as wondering what u guys thought of kenyas workout plan:
monday, Thursday: hard Running for a mile to two miles in the morning, flirt pole for 3o min, 2mile walk (at night)
tuesday, friday: flirt pole for 1 hour (roughly), half slow jog, half walk 4 miles (at night)
Wednesday: Schutz class, and 1 mile walk (at night), maybe some fetch is she isnt too tired after class.
Saturday: hike from noon til 5pm
sundays: relax, 1 mile walk
chynas work out is alot more intense, but she is older and i know she can hang
just realized there is an article in that thread im going to read it in a few, just wanted to see what u guys thought...
