I bought one of those little round tires with a rope through it. I was planning on tying that to a rope attached to my spring.

its made by Paw Tracks its the Medium tire with rope tough it.

I am planning on having the rope side hanging down.

EDIT: for burlap sack try your local Feed store.

IDK Jason, I have one similar for Diezel (see below) and the rope side of that toy isn't very big, at least not big enough for him to excersize while holding the rope end in his mouth. I've tried 'prepping' him by hold the tire high enough to where he has to jump to get it, and the rope end just slips out of his mouth. Maybe you'll have better luck though. Hope it works out, let me know !

That's exactly what I'm using the knot is big enough where it works perfectly I can even put two knots through it and hang a small tuff treads tire from it.

dont waste your money on the ones you see online. just go to the hardware store. pick up some rope, a garage door or porch swing bench spring, (or bike inner tube), a toy rope and your good to go

See, I had a garage door spring before and it stretched out far too fast and needed to be replaced, That spring looks like a beauty though :P
