Awwwww Dosia was like that when he was younger too he just couldn't get it and he did the same thing getting his teeth caught. Try a fire hose or a tough gear tire they both work great. I've had bike tires on mine too he loved it but he tore it apart really fast lol You can also try to put a rope through a Kong ball or a deflated basket ball and put that up for him he might really like that

I make a springpole out of tree limbs; at the park or at home or a buddies house etc.. I prefer radial free ATV tires; start them out about 5months on radial free bicycle tires. A quick slip not here and loop not there, voila' instant spring pole. Remember even if you have not any trees if a neighbors tree has a solid limb on your side of the property line you can do to it as you wish in most city ordinances

I do use one. I had to throw mine out about a month ago. But I like how they last a long time and my girl Loves them. I also used a bungee cord because Riley was still learning and wasnt that rough with it. AT THE TIME. lol

Here is an old video with her ball (she was working it before I took the video so she was tired)

And for now I am using a rope tire toy that also seems to be holding up (Not as much as the soccer ball though) So I will be getting a new soccer ball tomorrow. She is too rough now for bungees so tomorrow I am finally picking up her big girl spring.

here is a current video

I use a fender...it's made out of rubber, and there's a hole that the rope fits perfect through...
