plyometric/sprinting....using staircase?

after using a red light laser during night time walks/jogs, i went back on a good idea davidfitness83 mentioned. david instructed me to use treats/kibble and throw it to the top of the stairs. onyx more or less laughed and walked off. but i went back to it after working with a "target" command. he would see it on walks and workouts in the yard and now recognised it on stir workouts. shoot the laser on the top of the landing drove him, recalled him over and over. he started slow but he cought on fast!!!

my question is if anyone else has worked their dogs like this, what boundaries did you use? repitions, time or just watch over onyx and see how he feels
