E-Mill ?

So I finally got my boys to the point where they will walk on the electric treadmill, it doesn't really have a high incline , I couldn't even tell the difference from it being up and down lol. But my question is how long should I make the session and at what mph is best? Today Luciano did a 10 min session @ 4mph and Fuego did 10min @ 3mph he is a lil bully guy lol Ill try and get a vid of them tomorrow on it.

Just keep an eye on them. My boys do 3-4 miles at a time. Dont over do it. When I first started, I did five to ten mins at a time. Now they stay on it forever without a harness lol. Just take your time.

Yea I supervise the entire time. N that is what I was thinking about staying at that speed but working on longer sessions each time.
