You might want to change the music to that video. I havent been here for several months but I think this is still a kid friendly site and no swearing is allowed.

I also didnt watch the whole thing is that all he does is flirt pole type training?

what are you tryin to do ? just condition him ? You got a nice drivey dog there , alot you can do with that.
If your just tryin to condition him , you may want to get him pulling some drag weight. nothing heavy .
he looks like he could use some swimming or some other cardio like running a mill . hes still a bit off from bein in top condition if thats what your after

First off, you need to start by making a new thread for yourself, as your post here won't get much attention at all, if any.

Secondly, you say she's looking skinny but mention you have her on a mill. If she's a puppy, why are you putting her on a mill? How old is she? She should be allowed to be a puppy and not be worked at all. Regular playtime, hand walking, socialization and training is all that's needed for a pup. Depending on age, and amount of feed, she should only be fed 2-3 times a day. Also, "blue nose pit mix" is completely irrelevant pertaining to your question about her health. Also, just a little FYI, "blue nose" means nothing more than the color of the dog's nose. People often are misled into believing that the nose color is more significant than it really is, and we'd like to debunk that myth as much as possible.
