You'll want to spend the next week researching vets to crop and have an appointment set the following week. So essentially 10 weeks is the best time. But do your research. Ask for portfolios. Don't let someone butcher your dogs ears. Find someone who will do a good job and make them look good.

Make sure you use the search function here to see how much goes into the after care to ensure that they stand correctly. No point in cropping them if they're just gonna lay flat.
I look forward to seeing those pics. :-)

The vet that we went to for a crop recommended between 9 and 12 weeks. Just make sure you do a lot of research and find a reputable professional to do the crop. Good luck!
