Peeing the bed?

So today Achilles and I went swimming in the river for a while and did several other activities. This led to a very tired dog. Needless to say he was sleeping on my couch for about 30 minutes when I went over to pet him. I realized underneath his body was wet, I lifted him off the couch and there was a giant pee stain underneath him. I'm pretty sure he pee'd in his sleep. Has this ever happened to anyone else out there?

Hummm no sorry I cant say that this has ever happened to me before. Well at least not now. When he was a pup I had to break him of that real quick. But now Everything is good. Sorry maybe someone else will be able to help you out.

well I mean he is 8 months old and doesn't pee in the house anymore which is the odd thing for me. I don't think he was having a nightmare either because he wasn't whimpering or anything....just an odd situation I guess....

Ellis did the same thing today. We were outside for awhile playing and he was in the pool. When we came inside he was laying down when he got up I noticed a wet spot. He is 9 months old and fully house trained. I think he just leaked a little. When I took him out to go he could barley make it to the grass. I think he just held it too long.
Sound kind of like the same situation. Very tired puppy, too tired to wake up to pee.

to be honest, belle does this more often that i would like! some days i notice that she plays super super hard and when she comes home she totally crashes and is like a big log. these days she sometimes wakes up with a spot of pee under her. she doesn't know she did it or anything, she just goes on like normal afterwards and everything, and she's been to the vet regularly and whatnot, she is completely normal and there's nothing wrong with her but sometimes that happens. i think if it keeps happening all the time and not after a workout or playing super hard, it would be a good idea to get it checked out. but if its just occasional and it's after like the dog is soooo tired that it is like passed out, i don't think it's too much to worry about
