Could be so many things. What are you feeding? Are they on parasite preventatives? Any new cleaning or household products being used?

She is eating Purina pedigree large breed formula. I can't afford the expensive stuff at the moment. She was a rescue. So I assume she was an outside dog but since I've had her she has only went out for walks and to potty and play fetch. I wash her blankets once a week. We have used the same cleaner and laundry detergent since I got her. The vet is gonna charge me a arm and a leg and maybe my lung just to look at her. I am currently no working do to medical issues.

The food could definitely be causing issues. For one, it's full of fillers, dyes, preservatives, and byproducts. Lots of common food allergens. Second, bull breeds are not large dogs and feeding them a large breed formula can actually be harmful.

There are plenty of foods better than Pedigree for someone on a budget.

Taste of the Wild is a good food with a decent price. Keep in mind that you usually don't have to feed near as much of a high quality food, so the price evens out a bit in that way.

That is a cheap and low quality dog food... As BC said, quality food saves money and also causes a dog to shit less. (Nevermind the fact that quality dog food is good for dogs!)

Oh and it does not cost an arm and a leg to have a dog examined. $30 is average fee in my area, excluding stool samples or blood tests.
If you can't care for the dog or afford to properly feed and manage it, why not find it a home?

I don't care what anyone says: you don't love your dog if you allow it to suffer, knowingly, and care more about your pocket expenses and own creature comforts.
Could explain all the dislikes you received.

A dog's chewing on itself is either parasites or mental problems in most cases. Allergic reactions are all over body and not in isolated spots.

oh and your dog is a mix unless you have a pedigree (not the cheap Purina).

Gotti and Razors Edge are mutts in my book. And since when do rescues give papers? Never heard of it until now.

They can't be Am Staffs if they are those bloods. Those are Am Bullies! Overbred in my book, all for money.
Saying UKC explains a lot. They register oversized mutts as ApBT's. Go figure.

That is just my opinion, saying those bloods are mutts. Some like them. To each their own.

Any dog with "blue" in the name is prone to health problems too.
Since those lines are way overbred, it increases the risk of health defects as well.
