New here. Question about my pit bulls :)
Hi everyone im New here. I have 2 pit bulls. My male Thor is a year old, and my pup Luna is about 7 months. My boyfriend wants to eventually breed them l once before she is spayed. I'm not sure about it yet because our shelters are full of them!! They are great dogs and to be honest I don't know much about it because I only intended them to be family pets and wasn't interested in breeding at all. I don't know much about the dogs bloodlines. Someone said they are "blue fawn pitbull terrier". What do you guys think? She is a little lighter in color than he is. Also does anyone know what color pups can come from the 2 blue fawns (if that's what they are). Thank you so much for your time.

If you know nothing about their bloodlines (or even breed, it seems, since I'm assuming you don't have a pedigree), haven't health tested them, haven't titled or proven them capable of work in any way, and don't have thousands of dollars to spend on the above plus whelping costs, you have no business breeding.
Blue fawn is a colour, not a breed or bloodline. Your dogs appear to be dilute liver in colour, not blue, though it's hard to tell from those photos. Additionally, blue is not a colour commonly seen in purebred APBTs.
You said it yourself, the shelters are full of them. The world doesn't need more pet quality bull breed mutts.
Not to be harsh, but you have no idea what you're doing and it's really best that you just have your dogs altered and enjoy them for the pets that they are.

They are good looking dogs, but please don't brewed them.
The shelter where I rescued my dog is full of "pitbulls." Most of them around 1 or 2. Everyone loves a puppy, but not everyone wants a dog.
Enjoy your dogs as they are.

I don't take offense at all. I feel the exact same way. I don't know much about it and the thought of it scares me. Not sure what he was hoping to accomplish by breeding but I'm sure once we have an in depth talk about it he will change his mind. I would like to find out more info on there colors and such since im,not good at this at all. My male has "papers" but it only says blue fawn I believe and the mother and fathers name.

Glad to hear it. Wish more people were reasonable about it and stopped to think like you have. Can you share the "papers"?

Ok so it does say American bully.... Not American pitbull terrier. Is it the same thing? Or what do you think? Lol sorry like I said, I'm clueless.

New here. Question about my pit bulls :)
No, American Bullies are a completely separate breed. Glad to see your dog registered correctly though, lots of American Bullies are falsely registered as APBTs.
And off topic, your dog shares my birthday! Lol.

Haha awesome!! The female looks very similar to the male. She isn't papered but the owners said her parents were American pitbull terrior? Not exactly sure if they are right, considering the similarities. She is still pretty small at 8 months old. A lot shorter than he is but their features are a lot alike. This was her as a smaller pup. It's a little easier to see her color.and the bottom pic is of The male Thor.

Yeah they do look kind of similar. From these pictures I can tell you neither is blue fawn, they are both liver in pigment, so your male's colour is incorrect on his paperwork.
