Angry I think my parents want my old pitmix PTS

My older dog 10 going on 11 years old has been terrible recently.

He has been peeing on everything..he always had a habbit of doing so, but now more than usual. He has been randomly aggressive towards us and our other dog. He growled at me yesterday when trying to clean up his pee. Then today he charged at my 9 month old pup while she was just laying down doing absolutely nothing, when I tried to seperate them he charged after her again. Very weird and sad...

I keep trying to convince my parents to let the vet check him out...but he is so terrible he cannot have a regular vet visit. My mom has become fed up with his behavior and basically wants him gone...my Dad is in denial about his bad behavior and turning the other cheek..I guess I am the middle man...what do I do...I have a bad feeling my mom is going to have him PTS if his behavior doesn't improve quickly. He is aggressive towards other people besides our family so rehoming him is not really an option. IDK what to do......

ps. I kinda typed this in a hurry so I might be leaving out important details..but just looking for opinions from the community to see what to do..I really would hate to see my dog go..he is a great companion dog most of the time and just wants to lay by you when you sit on the couch...the rest of the time he is a handful..but still idk..we found him locked in an equipment shack of a local sports team when he was less than 8 weeks old...
wow I babbled on..just looking for opinions or information on what to do..sorry for my long probably non-readable post.

your dog is pretty old. as dogs get older they sometimes get grouchier mostly due to pain like everyone else says. old ppl usually get theb same way. living becomes more difficult for some dogs that are getting old. i knew a 12 year old husky that acted like he was onle 4 or 5.in ppl years. i also knew a 10 yeard old mutt who was miserable couldnt hold his bladder for the life of him couldnt even walk in a straight line or stand up for long without falling down. some dogs age differently. i would say your dog does need to be checked out by a vet.
