Too chill!!!

I have a 7 month old pitbull and he is the chillest dog ever. He never went through the crazy puppy stage, he never gets excited, never rambunctious He is happy just laying around all day. I feel like sometimes he just has no personality lol. Is this normal? He has no health issues. I also have a 4 year old and he is so full of personality but not my little one. Anyone else have a really laid back pitty???

Welcome Blismore. As long as the pup has been cleared of any health issues don't worry about it. Some dogs are just low keyed while others are hyper active. Just make sure that he does get mental and physical exercise. Love to see some pics of your boy.

First, the picture will have to be hosted online. some of us use Imgur.com or some other free picture hosting site. Go to the site where the picture is hosted (Imgur, Google etc.) and open the picture. Now, mouse over the URL address, right click and select copy from the drop down box.
Next, come back to this forum and open a response box or start a new thread. Place the cursor where you want the picture to display and click on the "Insert Image" icon from the top of the response box (it's the yellow one).
This will open a box that will ask you to enter the URL of your picture. Backspace off the http:// and right click in the address line. Then select paste and the pictures URL will be in the line. Click "OK" and the picture will show in your message after you submit reply.
It may sound difficult but after a few times it will become very fast.

My 3 year old is soft, generally laid back, and a little environmentally cautious (we must examine and understand new places before we are comfortable). Last week we went to a dog camp and discovered lure coursing. She literally screams when she sees the "bunnies" or hears the whir-clicking of the coursing machine. Elsie is a wild beast in the presence of the lure-machine, yet remains her normal self when no plastic "bunnies" are in sight. Introduce young Tank to all sorts of fun and adventures. You may find something that rings his bell. Weight pull and agility are other sports that turn on many dogs. If he like water/swimming, dock-diving is another. In my experience, many Pitty-types are not fans of the H2O, though.

Tank is adorable. You'll find his bliss...
