Pitbull puppy potty trainjng !

I have had my pitbull puppy for 1 week so far and the peeing is insane ! Shell pee 3/4 times outside when I take her and then another 3 times once inside the house all within the hour, and this is every hour. I take her outside every 2 hours for a walk in our backyard where she pees every time. I took her to the vet where they said possibly a UTI, I have yet to drop a sample. She has no symptoms of UTI besides the peeing, no pain or abdominal pain, crying when peeing or cloudy/bloody urine.

Is this just her being difficult ?

Welcome to the forum Pitbullsavannah. No, it is not her being difficult. Puppies are use to peeing anytime they have to. They have to be taught how to hold it until they are in the place they are suppose to relieve themselves.
You aren't going to like this BUT 2 hours is way to long for an untrained puppy to hold it. First, control the water intake. Let the dog get a drink after eating and then pick up the bowl. Immediately, take the dog to the exact same place in the yard and tell it to pee or whatever you want to say to it. When it does, praise it. When it pees in the house don't scold it or holler. Give it a firm "NO" and then bring it to the designated place and praise it when it goes. The puppy, depending on it's age) should be taken out every 20-30 minutes. repeating the praise each time.
It takes patience and tolerance but once the pup knows what you want it will be eager to please. There is a ton of information here on house training, use the search feature to find more suggestions. Also, a basic training class would be beneficial to you both. Give it some time and the dog will get it.
Best of luck and I wish you many happy years together. Would enjoy seeing some pictures of the pup too!

Thank you for your input ! Its only been a week so we are both trying to learn eachother its just so frustrating and Im so exhausted. One day is great then the next is horrible! She will be starting daycare next week too (as we both work full time) so she will get enough breaks during the day and as well as home every 30 minutes. Im praying !

I thought it might be Savannah but wasn't sure if it was your name. Thanks for the reply, nice to put a name with the face.

Cute pup!!! Iv had my girl 2 weeks now and I noticed I had to take her out every 30 minutes to fully cut accidents. Sadly here we suddenly got a cold snap and she suddenly refuses. Agh. The joys of puppy hood!!
I found if she ever did have an accident, to really clean that area otherwise she would use that spot to go again!!! (Like my kids bedroom) lol!!

Update !
Savannah is doing so great! Weve minimized accidents in the house! Its been 3 days since we got the bells thats go on the door so now she tells us every time shes gotta go. Shes been great in the crate at night as well will hold for about 6-8 hours and let us know when she has to go with a little whine. The first week was definitely the hardest but we are making good progress
