4 weeks , you have the whole litter or just her? thats really young to be away from mom. I got my girl at 6 weeks and she would bloat really bad to where she couldnt walk was scary. We used pepto like 5 ml , but I would double check with a vet and dosage for a pup that young. what milk replacer are you using? maybe a different brand would be better ? or maybe start on some softer food, soak and blend up some good quality kibble. { we started our pups on kibble at 4 weeks, but needs to be really soft and mushy. Use warm milk or water} sounds like the milk isnt agreeing with her. We used goats milk instead of replacer , maybe see if that is better on her { just dont use cows milk}

Maybe you are feeding her too much at one time...How often do you feed her and what amount?

Yes I agree with cEElint. When I first got my puppy she would get really bloated after I fed her. It scared me so bad. But I took her to the vet and figured out she just had worms. Worms are very common among puppies. The vet gave me medicine and she passed the worms out in her over the next week or so (Very disgusting) and then she was completely fine after that and I havent seen the bloating since.

Pretty much all puppies have worms, so she will need to be dewormed for sure. The bloating after eating to that extent sounds like overeating though. Feed her smaller amounts, more frequently. 4 weeks is way too young to be away from mom and littermates. Do you know anyone with a pup savvy bitch for her to spend some time with?
