I can't really tell she drew blood on a friend but that's bc he stuck his fingers in her face and she was playing and he ripped it out bc I told him not to do that, it comes off to me as aggressive she's already humping my other dogs also

Maybe you're hurting her; 7 weeks is teeny tiny and fragile; or freaking her out.

Have you tried holding a treat over her nose and luring her into sit position? It usually works like a charm.

Tried with a toy she just runs off, I don't push down hard I kinda just put dead weight on my palm on her butt, she fights me with everything, if I put a leash on her she sits and won't budge

7 weeks is very young for a pup.. Obviously you just got her and stole her away from her mother and siblings she is use to being with... She needs time to get comfortable with you and her new surroundings.. Her first week at her new home should be stress free and you only need to work on potty an crate training at this time... Maybe sitting next week or the week after... Good Luck and keep sharing.

Actually the only reason I have her is bc her mom rejected her, I've had her since she was 2 weeks old I bottled fed her and she hit 7 weeks yesterday. Would that have any effect on her?

Yes and no. Most people educated on raising dogs will tell you the most critical period for socialization is within the first 16 week...more specifically the first 2 months with the litter mates and the dam.

There is a learning process of bite inhibition, and the dam also teaches basics to the pups...for example not pooping where you sleep.

All of Brucie's litter mates didn't make it and his dam rejected him. So I got him at 5 weeks, and I had to teach bite inhibition.

Know this, puppies explore with their mouths, and it is very normal for him to bite things growl, lunge, bite....thee things are natural and healthy. The big thing you need to teach him is never to put teeth on human skin. I have videos on youtube of Brucie being aggressive and protective to people even at 6 weeks! He used to bite my face when licking randomly, lunge at me, bite me...everything. You just need to have patience and teach him it is more fun to bite/chew toys.
