Question daily excersizing and feeding?

my dog is 7 months old and about 60-65 pounds. ive been having problems with my dog.. usually my dog has normal stool and sometimes he'll have dihrea i dont know what im doing wrong? i wake up in the morning at about 10 30am and i take him out to do his business and then i play with him with a flirt pole. and soemtimes while hes playing with me he'll go do his business but this time it will be diharea?!?! and then after that i bring him inside to drink his water and then clean off his paws.. i wait about 30 min and feed him innova evo. i give him 2 cups but he usually doesnt finish it all. then ill feed him 2 cups again and he usually finishes his food at around 8-9pm. he usually sleeps when i do which is around 1-2am and then i start the whole process all over again the next day... what im getting at is why does he sometimes have regular stool and sometimes have diharea?? could this be a sympton or is this normal? what can i do differently?

oh and why isnt my profile picture showing?

if u never switched his food and hes been having direah for months maybe the evo doesnt sit well with his stomach just because its great food doesnt mean its for every dog my cousins pit gets the worst diareah from wellness and thats great food trying switching him off the evo to another high quality food i personally feed wellness and like it and i also here great things about orijen, canidea, and blue buffalo

Well with mine she would do that when I gave wet food,Wet/Dry mix and when I switched her food.If he just started doing this. And he's been eating the same food for awhile with no problems before.I would call the vet just to make sure.

Jr. will become famous soon enough
Do you leave him in the yard by himself? if you do, maybe he's eating a plant or maybe there is some dirty water out there which he might be drinking.

if you are going to change the food do it slowly. if you do a straight change your dog may have diarrhea really bad since it already has loose stools.

Never feed a dog after working or walking for at least an hour after, you could kill him from bloat and might be a problem with the dirrehea (shot in the dark) wait at least one hour, two would be better!!! This is a MUST RULE!!!

I suggest reducing your feeding to 2 cups 3 tops a day. Your feeding a good food.

Over feeding wont allow him to digest all of the good, and will run thru his system faster creating the runs.

My dog is a bit younger and almost the same size, and i feed 2 cups a day.

Just want to clear somthen up. Poop #1 is solid then a few minutes later poop 2 is the runs?

If this is the case then im still for lessing the food, but my dog does this occasionally.

The second is often runny because he just pooped, but since hes outside he mine aswell get it all out.

Now if he pooped once, and you took him inside, he wouldnt wine to go back out cause doesnt need to get that last bit out, he just did cause you all were outside. They dont know when they are gonna be out next.

From what ive read and understood form this i dont think there is any illness as the cause.

Lessen the feed and see what happens, if nothing changes, id switch food. Innova is a good food tho, which is why i feel 4 cups is over kill.

When was the last dewormer given?
