Exclamation Do I need to take my puppy to the vet FOR THE SECOND TIME TODAY?!

So we just got back from the vet because my pup had diarrhea and threw up her food, she was given an antibiotic injection along with electrolytes for her water, special food for GI issues and antibiotic tablets etc. We've been home for half an hour now, I look over and the poor girl is shaking, looking confused. immediately i think one of two things 1) allergic reaction to the antibiotic or 2) the vet misdiagnosed what she was original in for!
Over all the shaking lasted less than 15 seconds, now she's asleep
should i be worried? I was literally just bringing up the number for the vet and the shaking stopped.
What should I do D:

I'd see how she is doing when she wakes up. You could call the get and let them know what happened.

Did the vet inject fluids under her skin at all for hydration?

Could be the chills. My dog gets cold when he isn't feeling well. Hopefully they will be better after a nap.

Update: She ended up staying the night at the vet, was giving IVF for fluids and given some pain meds (she was shaking because of stomach pain) got a call from the vet this morning and she says she is a lot happier, bouncy and seems interested in food. Apparently she had puked up bits of carpet that may have caused some sort of blockage but the vet isn't worried about anything being left in there. I'm going to pick her up later today and hopefully she stays happy and healthy once she's home
