Generally the ADBA dogs tend to be smaller dogs and lighter dogs. I thought she looked more ADBA type. The ADBA dogs tend to have the "game dog" appearance, though this doesn't mean she is game bred or a game dog! Although size and weight isn't always the case. Some dogs are double registered and can be conditioned for either the UKC or ADBA. You should check out an ADBA show in your area sometime, and then a UKC one and you can see the difference! If she is young, unspayed and very active then thats why she is lighter. Due to the lack of grain in Innova and high metabolism should keep her slimmed down. She is using all though protein from the meat to stay slim. Which is healthy. Females tend to pack on pounds after they are spayed if they don't stay active. It's easy for Helena to put on weight during winter time. And above all it's better to have a lighter dog than a heavier one! Extra padding can cause a lot of health problems over long term. Such as weaker joints from bearing extra weight.
Here is some pics of Helena.
This is her at her healthy weight, which I like to keep her at or under 46lbs.
Maybe a couple pounds on this one, Notice the tuck isn't as defined in this picture
I don't have any "bigger" weight pics of her! lol I looked through my photobucket.
