new diet

Hi everyone, been a while since I've been on the site, how everyone is doing well. Now to ask questions that km sure have been beaten to death. Like many others my pittie has terrible allergies/skin with hair loss. Recently decided that enough was enough and I'm gonna start making her food every night, (or at least once a week and freeze it ) after doing research and trying to take into account where the info was coning from i started her off with liver kidney and heart. About 60 percent liver 30 percent kidney 10 percent heart. Which is a recipe my aunt started giving her GSD when he developed skin issues. She also get biotin fish oil and coconut oil.
She has been on this diet for about a month and her skin has improved tremendously but she is also losing weight, rather than just increase the amount she is getting, I guess I'm wondering if she needs aoem in else. I know many recommendations call for more muscle meat, or maybe carbohydrates, but I am a little nervous to undo the progress we have made so far. Any suggestions or other simple (limited ) ingredient recipes would be awesome. Thanks everyone

Forgot to say it's isn't fed raw but rather boiled in water together and she gets it like a stew.
Added carrots and broccoli this past week.
