New blue puppy with some issues!

Hey guys!! I just joined the other day and I have to say from what I got to see, you guys have beautiful doggies!!!! I am on my phone due to having a computer issue and on this I can't look through post. I am sure there is a way. Anyways, I am sure there is a post somewhere about my issue.
I just got my blue a week ago. I know they are prone to a lot of skin issues/allergies, etc. I took my little guy to the vet 2 days after I got him and she is saying that he has a skin infection and would not vax him. He has hard little knots throughout his body and has been getting worse over the last several days, even on Amox antibiotic. She looked him over quickly and said that he could have mites, could have allergies, but is sure of infection and walked out, the vet tech came back to talk to me about medicine. I am feeding Bill Jac, after a billjac rep convinced me this was the best food.. Well knowing what I have fed my dogs in the past, I wondered. When I had time to research this food a few days ago, I realized it is garbage. I should have went with TOTW like I had planned. So I am going to go pick that up. So I am wondering if this is just an allergy. Also, she showed me his back side, on both sides of his tail it looks like his bone protrudes a bit, which she said points to infection. As well as loss of hair on his paws.. I don't really see what she sees but then again, she is the vet! I have attached a couple of pictures.

Thanks guys!!! ?

I would get a second opinion. If that vet can't even give you the time to explain their diagnosis in a way that you understand, and can therefore follow instructions to treat appropriately, they don't deserve your money.

Go to another vet, ask for a skin scraping, and go from there. With skin issues, it can be so many things, tests need to be run in order to determine exactly what the cause is.

Your right. I am going to finish the antibiotic she gave him and take him to a different vet. Thanks for your reply!
