Unhappy My 10 month old pit was injured while playing. HELP!!

I have a 10-month-old pitbull, her name is SZA (sizz-uh.) She's energetic, caring, protective, sweet, she's just everything to us, she's our baby. On Wednesday, my partner and I were at our favorite spot to take our baby, the river. There's lots of big rocks along the shoreline and she loves to walk over them. She has this leather glove that she just adores chewing on and my partner was holding it in the air and having her jump. Well, she jumped so high in the air she twisted and came down on her rear, right leg/hip/backside. She did not cry or whimper. She just looked at me so I brushed her off and I immediately knew something was wrong. I tried to get her to walk towards me but she wouldn't. She took one step and then couldn't move. My partner left to get help and I stayed with her. She laid down by me on her hurt leg and began shaking and breathing heavily. Our help told us that she needed to be seen so we took her into the Vet in Highmore, SD. The vet didn't have an MRI or X-ray so she wasn't so sure as to what was going on. Maybe a spinal injury but she still had feeling in her leg because when she tried to lift her rea right leg up, SZA cried out. but when she was touching her nails and paw, she didn't. The vet also thought it could have been something with her hip. She prescribed her tramadol and a strong steroid. It's hard for her to move around the house but she does. THey told us that she wouldn't be able to use the bathroom and that shed just go wherever she's laying but she hops outside and goes then comes back in and lays down. She's gaining her appetite back and she drinks water normally. Other than that she sleeps most of the day and when she is up she's just looking around at us making sure we are there still (She doesn't like when we have to leave to go to work.) I just need some different opinions I hope it's not spinal but I was looking at her back this morning and it's not straight like it used to be. Her hip looks swollen still. I hate seeing my baby like this it breaks my heart!

You need to take her to another vet who has the equipment necessary to make a proper diagnosis. There is nothing we can do over the Internet to help her, she needs proper medical attention ASAP. Please do right by your dog.
