Have you tried withholding food completely for 24 hours? Just make sure she has water available at all times. Does she vomit the water too?

My biggest concern when this happens is trying to figure out what caused it so it does not happen again. Is there anything that she could be ingesting in the yard (like plants or dirty water) that could be the culprit? The vomiting could be from something she ingested that was mildly toxic and there are many plant possibilites. Or as you know she could have an intestinal blockage from a foreign object. I would check her temp rectally and watch her closely. Normal rectal temp is 100.5 to 102.5. Just dedicate a thermometer to the dog and keep it stored in a zip-lock with her name on it.

I hope she improves quickly!

I'd get her to the vet to make sure she doesn't have an obstruction. Throwing up and the inability to produce stool can often mean there is an obstruction.

Hopefully, it is just a passing belly issue.

I hope you rule out the possibility that she is getting into something in her environment that is causing this. You said this isn't the first time she has had the gastro problems. I am glad she is improving, just hate to see the same thing happen again if it is preventable. Good luck and glad her tummy is better.

I guess one question would be just what you feed your dog normally. If she has problems frequently, you need to look at that IMO.
