Dog foods.

Today I took the drive to the nearest Tractor Supply and bought 4Heath Performance Formula dog food. My girl is almost a year. She should be ok to eat the adult food right?

Adult food is fine now. Unless she is a working dog or exercised a lot or hard to keep weight on you can just used the regular adult food.
The 4 health food is made by diamond and is basically the same thing just the tractor supply brand. So I would see what is a better deal the diamond naturals or the 4 health. Both are free of corn, wheat, and soy.

Dog foods.

I been feeding 4 health to my pup an she seems to be doing great on it. I researched diff foods an this seem to be a good food for the money. I saw before there is a couple other people on here that use it an had no complaints.

But then again all dogs are different i mean what works for one dog might not work so good on the next.. I have seen dogs that was on taste of the wild that had to end up changing due to not wanting to eat it or not digesting it well.

Yeah if you plan on keeping up with her exercise daily then the Performance Formula is awesome. It really helps build muscle and cut fat. My girls have been on it for almost 5 months now and I love what its done for my blue girl. I swear she doesn't have any fat on her. And still has a soft and shiny coat .

But as BlueMalibu said, what works for one person may not work for everyone. So feed what ends up working for you.

Dog foods.

Yeah she did great with the switch. I was in the tractor supply for a whole deciding if I should get that food lol. But I feed her 2 cups a day. Morning and around 6:30-7:00. Is that too much food in one day?

Nah, that's how much my adults get. But if you notice her getting heavier or too skinny, adjust the food 1/4 of a cup at the time. My girls will get an extra 1/4 cup on the days they put in extra work.
