Question Feeding schedule.

I know everyone has different ways as far as feeding as well as how much, just out of curiosity I was wondering what is a ideal schedule/per age and how much to feed? I currently feed Oso twice a day (morning/night) 2 cups per serving, he's 20weeks old and weights 35lbs atm so hopefully I'm not overfeeding haha. I'm also thinking of switching him to Orijen or Arcana since I'm already spending $60 for BB at 24lbs, might as well switch him to the best for a little more

Well it truly depends on the dog and their activity level, metabolism, and quality of food. Orijen, Acana, and Instinct grain free are all great foods! Definitely recommend those.

I do think that 4 cups total is too much for a pup but of course I don't know the activity level of your pup. The higher the quality of food the less you have to feed typically

I have a 6 month old APBT pup (30lbs)and he gets 2.5 cups a day of Acana currently but he is very active and is non stop running around all day. It is not good to work a puppy so he just goes for a short 1 mile walk a few times a week and does some flirt pole just for fun a few times a week. I feed him once a day now that he is an older pup. But I know many people feed twice a day so do what works for you when it comes to that.
My dogs eat once a day simply because they would never finish one of the meals. So they get fed at around dinner time.

Now I also have another pup who is almost 9 months (37lbs) and she is also really active and she gets 2.5 cups a day as well. She was being fed 3 cups for a few weeks because I tried the raw diet and she didn't do well on it and lost weight.

I do about the same. One feeding on the morning (2 cups) and one in the evening (1 1/2 cups, sometimes a little more or less depending on how much exercise and treats he's had). My dog is a year old and ~55 pounds.
