Different colours

I have a pedigree Amstaff sure he is blue and white and all his bloodlines are blue and white and black and white and a brindle, the dam is a pied blue and white and her bloodlines are blue and blue fawn. Does anyone know what sort of beautiful colours they are likely to have ?

If I may, why are you making the choice to breed? For what purpose?

Looks, intelligence, loyalty, excellent temperament, and people oriented are already trademarks of any of the bulldogs and not bettering the breed any.

If you don't know that using a choke on a pulling dog is dangerous, you have a ton to learn before you have any business breeding. Please just don't. Having papers and pedigrees is a good start but only tested and proven dogs deserve to be bred and can better the breed.

I am starting to sound like a broken record so I'm just going to stop there.

Natsacks i going to try and answer your question the best i can as seems most the dogs in the lineage are blue that is.most likely what you'll get.
That being said. There is far more to breeding for betterment then liking your dog.
* First off colors are not bloodlines. With out knowledge of the real lines tour dog comes from you very well will not have a good idea of the characteristics the breeding will through.
* secondy I can tell you breedimg blue dogs is trick as the blue is a diluted color witch can lead to many skin health issues.
* also to consider are all the responsibilities of the breed knowing beyond your chosen bloodline the traits that the breed carries. Aside from fierce loyalty, and eager to please. The chance for incredible prey drive and dog on dog agressiin is there too all these thing play a huge role in where you plave amd can keep offspring.

I hope you will rethink breeding. Mostly because I/ we feel you need to better educate your self fully in the breed. Also because I feel you may not have the dogs in H amd that would better the breed. Good luck and if you have questions please do ask before you get offended. We have tons of info here that can help you to better know the breed and standards it takes even to own a bully breed much less try and breed.

I don?t mean to sound harsh just frustrated by the amount of people breeding dogs in their back yard for either the wrong reasons or having no idea what they?re doing. If you?re going to start a true breeding program you HAVE to be prepared. You have to know your dogs inside and out, know what you plan to achieve, know proper training, care, and structure, be in it for the right reasons, and know what to expect financially as it?s expensive and you rarely recoup the majority of your money. So many people come here saying they?re dogs are so great or so pretty and they want to breed because everyone wants puppies when these dogs are already so overbred and being dumped in shelters and euthanized every day. I just care about these dogs and want what?s best for them and I?m very passionate about it.

I will say you?re starting from a better point than most as you know the difference between an AmStaff and an APBT and have pedigreed dogs but asking about colors always worries me as it really shouldn?t matter. You have A LOT to learn before you breed and if you?re willing to learn that?s great and there?s lots of people here to help you; however you won?t get much, if any, support if you?re just looking to make puppies and/or money in your back yard.

Yes sir we do tend to be on the harsh side but it is because most here carry a passion for the breed. I started with a am staff apbt cross that was registered as an apbt
I loved the dog and cared for that dog but.pearned much while I owned him and while I had him.he was never bred. Because.as great as he was. I do t think he could contribute to the breed in the way better bred dog with more to offer could.

Well both my sire and my dam to be both have main pedigree papers and I am already a member of ANKC now it's just 10 months of waiting before I can hand in my paperwork. both of my Amstaffs are from champion bloodlines and are raised in family environments as they are family

Why do you have to wait ten months to register your dog?

Secondly how do you know their are champions in his bloodlines? When you dont even know.his bloodlines, as blue, black and what ever other colors you listed as bloodlines are.in fact only.colors not lines, as you stated in your original post?
I am just trying to make sense of what your saying here.
