I use photobucket and load all my pics on there , then there is a option to edit photos go there and it says create collage under the edit click that and it gives you a bunch of template options pick the one that you like and it lets you upload your pics onto it then go to cutomize and you can decorate it with writting and stickers ect.

Yes puppies can be a past pic of a dog you own. Only one picture entry per a category tho from each user. All the rules will be posted at the top of each entree thread

After we close these polls on the 1st I will set up entries that will be open from the 1st till the 15th

I wonder about those pups if they will look kinda weird...I bet they are cute as it gets. My mix is an amazing dog. I thought we were going to have to work hard to keep he from being aggressive and dominate. but he has turned out to be quite the little omega dog....I even let him sleep in my bed with me sometimes. We are working on moving from the crate at nights
