Help potty train please

Okay so I have a 10-11 week old pup and he does great in the crate. Not once has he peed or pooped in there.. I take him out about 7 am in morning. I bring him in let him eat and play with my girlfriend while we get ready for work. We take him out about 8:30/9:30 am then I put him in his crate with a treat. Girlfriend gets home about 3 pm takes him out. Now he comes in plays and pees about 3 times in house in about an hour time frame.... sometimes just a few drops or alot... Ive tried leaving a puppy pad out "he thinks its a bed lmao" we have tried taking him out about every 30 mins. But he will still pee a few drops some where on the carpet..

I took my boy out every thirty minutes, when he woke up and when he stood up after sitting or laying down lol. Some people put a bell by the door and train their pups to ring the bell to go outside. You will start to learn the signs I am sure, but when in doubt take the pup outside. They have super small bladders. You can also try leashing him to you so you have him right by your side to catch him when he is about to pee.
