House training

Hi all! Us again. Penny is 16 weeks old now and although the house training is going well. She will go outside when I take her, first thing in the morning. After meals etc. I roughly take her once an hour but she STILL peeing in the house.
I'm cleaning with enzymatic cleaner, I shout NO when she squats and quickly move her outside where she will go pee, and then praise and treat her like crazy.

Should i start giving water at intervals? She loves her crate and I use it throughout the day when she needs to rest or when the kids eat etc. People have mentioned putting her in the crate .. but I cant possibly do that all day??
Our house is open plan so I was going to keep her in one room with a gate so she can see us... but she jumps the gates now.

She is a monkey!!! I'm also going to get her tested for UTI as she pees an awful lot... like once or more an hour still.
Although she is amazing in all other areas, the peeing is driving me nuts! Lol
Should I worry? Normal for 16 weeks?

Thanks in advance. Here is penny at 4 months

I'd get her tested for a UTI. It doesn't cost a ton and worth the peace of mind. Is she spayed already? If so it's possible the spay has affected her bladder control. I myself have a 13 week old and he doesn't go that often. He usually tries to hit a pee pad as well. But he's not being kenneled yet, he's still in a puppy pen. He will go every time I take him out and has far less accidents when I'm home then when I'm at work.

They're like kids. Some potty train quickly and some still have accidents for a lot longer. Getting her checked for UTI is the first step. If that is all clear you can try picking up her water bowl when she is through getting a drink after eating. Also pick up the water bowl in the early evening before bed time so she has time to eliminate completely before bed.
I know that it's a PITA to take her out so often but until she catches on I would suggest taking her out every half hour. Bring her to the exact same spot and tell her to go and continue to praise her when she does. You're doing everything right, just may have to do it more often until the light goes on and she understands. She is still pretty young but she'll get it.
BTW, she looks great. thanks for the pic.
