When you let him out, you can bring him out on a leash, and when it's time to come in, do what you would usually do and bring him in via the leash, I found that to work best with Thor, because Thor acted like this for a while, it was like he just wanted to push me, to see how much freedom he could have. When he comes in do you praise and follow up with a treat? I know I had to do that with Diesel. Hope what I said was some sort of help.

yea when he comes in he gets praises, and we walk about 2 mi a day around my farm, and he is off leash, and walks fine beside me with little problems or interferance, (sp?) i tell him to stop, he will stop and sit and wait for me to say lets go and he gets a treat, but today even letting him out in the fenced in was hard, i had to grab him and walk him in.... no treat then, but i will try the leash later, we'll see how that works

Get a long light line or leash and practice your recall with him. That way he has no choice but to listen. If he ignores you reel him in and praise him the whole time. You can do this a couple times a day then when he's coming back all the time when you call try again without the leash. Make a real big deal about him coming back. By that I mean praise like crazy!

anonymous69156 is an unknown quantity at this point
i have the same issue with skye. i let her out and when i tell her to come in, she starts playing and running away from me. what iv started doing is going outside and without calling her and when she comes to see whats up, i begin obediance training. nothing crazy just ask her to do a sit, paw, laydown or anything else. once shes in the "training" mode, she has no problem comming inside. i know it sounds like a lot but after the first couple of times, shes gotten a lot better and i dont have to do it everytime now.
